Mr. Music/theme and thought
a collection of stories, art, and music featuring David Ornette Cherry, band leader, composer, player, storyteller and my creative right-hand man for fifteen years. The stories are arranged with music and voices from the journeys and landscapes he brought to life through his compositions, collaborations with musicians all over the world, and soundtracks he created for dance, theatre, poetry, and visual art installations.

For an artist, it’s not about what you’ve done. It’s about what you’re doing right now. If we trust our instincts, something is going to hit.
